Our Mission

The Stafford Knot is dedicated to the education, preservation, health, and welfare of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

Through independent educational resources, publications, seminars, historical preservation, and our growing archive of Stafford knowledge, we work to protect an informed understanding of the breed—its history, character, structure, health, and purpose.

We encourage responsible health testing and thoughtful stewardship of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, preserve important historical materials for future generations, and provide educational resources freely to Stafford enthusiasts around the world.

As a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we also raise funds and awareness in support of Stafford rescue and welfare.

Our purpose is simple: to preserve the past, educate the present, and help protect the future of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
